Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Place the chicken breast on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the chicken.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
