Indian Egg and Potato Curry

A flavorful and spicy side dish made with eggs, potatoes, and aromatic Indian spices.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions become translucent. 3. Add diced potatoes and cook until they turn slightly golden. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 5. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften. 6. Peel the boiled egg and cut it into halves. Add the egg halves to the pan. 7. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and mix gently. 8. Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors meld together. 9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
