Indian Egg Toast

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add onions, peppers, and tomatoes. Sauté until they turn soft. 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and cook until the eggs are fully cooked. 5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. 6. Place the cooked egg mixture on one slice of toast and cover it with the other slice. 7. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
