Individual Peach Pie

Steps

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Mix well until the peaches are evenly coated. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a small pie dish or a ramekin. Fill the crust with the peach mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Dot the filling with small pieces of butter. If using, beat the egg and brush it over the edges of the crust for a golden finish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
