Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Mix well until the peaches are evenly coated. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a small pie dish or a ramekin. Fill the crust with the peach mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Dot the filling with small pieces of butter.
