Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into small cubes. 3. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. 4. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 5. Toss the potato cubes in the garlic butter, ensuring they're well coated. 6. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 7. Season with salt and black pepper. 8.
