Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix the sliced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
Place the peach mixture in a small baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, and diced cold butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the peaches evenly.
If using, add chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
Bake for about 25 minutes until the topping is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
