
Steps
- Cook the Indomie noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned fish fillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fish from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions and bell pepper until slightly softened.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the cooked fish and add it back to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- 1 packet of Indomie noodles, 1 fish fillet (such as tilapia or cod), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 clove of garlic (minced), 1/2 small onion (sliced), 1/2 bell pepper (sliced), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, Salt and pepper to taste
