- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground coriander, turmeric, minced garlic, vegetable oil, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
