Steps
1. In a clean, dry bowl, thoroughly mix all dry ingredients until evenly combined.
2. Transfer the mixture into a small airtight container or sachet for storage.
3. To prepare the soup, add the entire mix to 300 ml of boiling water.
4. Stir well and cover for 5 minutes to allow oats and vegetables to rehydrate and soften.
5. After 5 minutes, stir again to ensure uniform texture and serve hot.
6. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
