Steps
1. Start by washing the mixed lettuce leaves thoroughly and placing them in a large salad bowl.
2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut it into cubes and add to the bowl.
3. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them thinly. Add the mushrooms to the salad bowl.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the mix.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
