Steps
1. Prepare all vegetables and slice the beef into thin strips.
2. Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and chopped pimenta dedo de moça; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the beef strips, stir-frying until browned but still tender, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Add broccoli, cabbage, and carrots; stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables are just tender but still crisp.
6. Pour in the shoyu, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame oil; stir well to coat all ingredients.
7. Season with a pinch of salt to taste, mix well, and cook for an additional minute.
8. Remove from heat and serve immediately, ideally with steamed rice or noodles.
