Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the skillet.
3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the broccoli. Stir in any remaining marinade and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. In a bowl, combine the diced cantaloupe and lime juice. Toss to coat.
7. Serve the Asian beef and broccoli stir-fry with cheesy bread and cantaloupe salad. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
