
Steps
- Rinse the baby bok choy under cold water and pat dry.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired before serving.
