Low-Carb Butter Tofu

A scrumptious Asian side dish recipe with the main ingredient being butter and tofu. A Keto-friendly dish that is easy to make and doesn't require any special ingredients!

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil; set aside. 3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the diced tofu and stir to coat. 4. Add the soy sauce, curry powder, garlic and scallion to the pan and stir to combine. 5. Transfer the tofu mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
