Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.
4. Drizzle the soy sauce over the rice and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
7. Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
