Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish or zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place it in the skillet. 5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving it, until golden brown. 6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 7. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
