Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 4. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown. 5. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). 6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 3 minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
