Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. 5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). 6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it. 7.
