1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge). 3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
