Steps
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the cooked beans and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
4. In a bowl, combine the diced apple, avocado, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to create the salsa.
5. If using quinoa, place it at the bottom of a bowl, then add the beef and bean mixture on top.
6. Spoon the apple-avocado salsa over the top.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
