Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
