Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillet.
4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute.
7. Serve garnished with a lemon slice and fresh parsley.
