Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillet.
4. Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down.
5. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a minute.
7. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
