Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillet, ensuring it is well coated.
4. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
