Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture generously over the trout fillet on both sides.
4. Place the trout on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the trout and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill, garnish with lemon slices, and serve immediately.
