
Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tuna steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your preferred doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute before slicing.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
