Lemon Herb Pan-Seared Fish

Steps

1. Pat the fish fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Place the fish fillet in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden and crispy. 5. Flip the fish and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. 7. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve with a lemon wedge.
