Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, combine the juice and zest of the lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure it is evenly coated. 4. Cover the dish with foil and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 5. Remove the foil and bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown. 6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
