Linguine with White Wine Clam Sauce

Steps

1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add fresh clams to the pan and pour in white wine and clam juice. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until clams open. Discard any clams that do not open. 4. Remove clams from the pan and set aside. Continue to cook the sauce until it reduces slightly. 5. Return cooked linguine to the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly. 6. Add the cooked clams back into the pan and stir gently to combine. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
