Steps
1. In a bowl, combine diced chicken, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. While the chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables: julienne the carrot and slice the cucumber.
4. Once the chicken is done, assemble the wraps by placing a portion of chicken and vegetables in the lettuce leaf.
5. Top with chopped cilantro and drizzle with extra sriracha if desired.
