Steps
1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Form into a patty.
3. Cook the chicken patty on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. While the chicken is cooking, heat the mutton drumstick if necessary and prepare the burger bun by toasting it lightly.
5. Assemble the burger by placing the chicken patty on the bottom half of the bun, adding mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and then the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
