Steps
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté the diced chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Add soy sauce, sriracha, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Place the cooked chicken mixture in the center of the lettuce leaf.
5. Top with chopped green onions and crushed peanuts if using.
6. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
