Steps

1. Season the chicken breast and lamb slices with salt and pepper. 2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside to rest. 4. In the same skillet, cook the lamb slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside. 5. Slice the cooked chicken breast into thin strips. 6.
