Steps
1. Season the chicken breast and lamb slices with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside to rest.
4. In the same skillet, cook the lamb slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.
5. Slice the cooked chicken breast into thin strips.
6. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce leaves, apple slices, and grated carrot.
7. Add the sliced chicken and lamb to the bowl.
8. Drizzle with lemon juice and a little olive oil, and toss to combine.
9. Serve the salad fresh and enjoy!
