Steps
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant and onions become translucent.
4. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until they start to become tender.
5. Push the broccoli to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
6. Stir in the diced tomatoes and pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and eggs. Toss everything together until well coated.
7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
