Steps
1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the tuna steak to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your preference.
4. While the tuna is cooking, prepare the lemon herb sauce by combining lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, dill, chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
5. Once the tuna is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
6. Serve the seared tuna with the lemon herb sauce drizzled over the top.
