Steps of Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, combine cooked white rice, milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
2. Mix well until combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
5. Serve warm topped with chopped almonds, if desired.
