Steps
1. Heat the butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the wine and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the lettuce and soy sauce and cook until the lettuce is wilted and the potatoes are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
