Mushroom Stir Fry

This simple stir fry dish is full of flavour and easy to make!

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper and stir fry until golden brown. 3. If desired, add in cooked grain such as quinoa or rice. 4. Add your choice of herbs and stir fry for a few minutes. Enjoy!
