No-Bake Walnut Chocolate Pie

A simple no-bake walnut pie using limited ingredients and a toaster oven for warming. This recipe combines crunchy walnuts, buttery crust, and a hint of chocolate for a delightful treat.

Steps

1. Thaw the frozen pie crust enough to handle and press it into a 20cm pie plate. 2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. 3. Add brown sugar and syrup to melted butter, stirring until sugar dissolves. 4. Remove from heat; whisk in the egg quickly to prevent cooking. 5. Stir in vanilla extract. 6. Chop walnuts roughly and mix into the syrup mixture along with chocolate chips. 7. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust. 8. Place the pie plate on the toaster oven tray. 9. Set toaster oven to medium heat (around 180°C or 350°F if settings allow) and warm the pie for 12-15 minutes until filling is set but not hardened. 10. Let cool before serving to allow filling to thicken.
