
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the yoghurt, warm water, and honey until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Add the olive oil and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
