Steps
1. Score the skin of the duck breast and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the duck breast skin side down for about 5 minutes until crispy.
5. Flip the duck breast and brush the glaze on top.
6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the duck reaches your desired doneness.
7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
