Steps

1. Season the mackerel fillet with salt and pepper. 2. Place a mixing bowl and combine together the Panko crumbs, herbs, and flour. 3. Coat the mackerel fillet with the mix. 4. Heat up olive oil in a non-stick skillet. 5. Place the mackerel fillet in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on either side or until the mackerel is cooked through. 6. Serve the mackerel while warm.
