Steps
1. Place the trout in the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Heat the butter in the pan and lay the trout in the butter. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Once the trout is cooked, transfer to plate.
4. In the same pan, add lemon juice and parsley, and cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Pour the butter sauce over the trout and enjoy!
