Steps

5. Remove the duck breast from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
6. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
7. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Slowly whisk the slurry into the simmering sauce until thickened.
8. Slice the duck breast and drizzle with the orange glaze. Serve hot.
