Steps

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic with the herbs, salt and pepper. 3. Rub the trout with the herb mix. 4. When the skillet is hot, add in the olive oil. 5. Put the trout in the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 6. Serve with complementing side dishes.
