Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the diced peaches gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
