Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the diced pear, chopped prosciutto, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Carefully slice through the side of the chicken breast to create a pocket, without cutting all the way through.
4. Stuff the pear and prosciutto mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
5. Secure the opening with toothpicks.
6. Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
8. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
