1. Prepare steamed sweet potato cubes, ensuring they are tender but retain a chunky texture. 2. Place all sweet potato cubes evenly at the bottom of a tall glass. 3. Pour in half a cup (about 120ml) of perilla plum syrup over the sweet potatoes. 4. Add a generous handful of ice cubes to fill about two-thirds of the glass. 5.
