Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, grated potato, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
2. Gradually add water to form a soft dough. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each into a thin circle.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
5. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
6. Serve warm, optionally with yogurt or chutney.
