
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cut bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 10 minutes.
- Top chicken with pesto sauce and let cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and onion strips and mix gently with chicken and pesto. Let cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

- 1 chicken breast, 2 tablespoons pesto, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, Salt and pepper to taste.
